Customer Relations Manager - Multifamily Experience Required

SunRidge Management Group, a national multifamily management company, is looking for a Customer Relations Manager to assist the Marketing Director with addressing customer concerns and complaints quickly and efficiently. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for resolving any issues or grievances that arise within our communities, to ensure our residents are satisfied with our community and customer service. They will work with the operations over the community to facilitate corrections or remedy concerns. The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for responding to online reviews and works to improve the reputation of our brand our communities.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them while adhering to company policy and contractual lease obligations. You must demonstrate calmness and composure under stress and uncertainty while guiding the resolution in a unified direction. You must have the ability to think creatively and strategically, have the ability to multi-task and work comfortably under pressure, to identify issues and work to resolve them in partnership with site-level team members and upper management. The role is best filled by somebody who is able to communicate easily with many types of people, who is level-headed and remains neutral during confrontation, who can build rapport, and is relatable and empathetic.

Your goal will be to help us manage customer expectations and satisfaction during moments of crisis or unhappiness, leading to increased customer retention and satisfaction.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Ability to stay focused while working on many tasks at one time
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 Years of experience in Customer Relations Management, Real Estate/Property Management, or related field
  • Effective written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively document communications
  • Advanced grammar, spelling and creative writing skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new dashboards and programs.
  • Assist with operational tasks including final account statements, ledger auditing, etc as needed.


Job Type: Full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX. Not eligible for remote work.
Pay: Starting from $55,000.00 per year; DOE
