Job Summary
As a Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within a facility. This role requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of all equipment and systems.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery
- Read and interpret schematics to perform repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Fabricate parts when necessary
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies
- Implement preventive maintenance procedures
- Utilize CMMS software for work order management

-Complete make readies at the time of move out

- Plumbing, electrical, drywall, and handyman experience

- HVAC Certification Highly recommended

-Troubleshooting appliances, HVAC, and electrical issues

- Has customer services

- Maintaining the pool

Skills
- Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices
- Ability to use a voltmeter for electrical diagnostics
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff
- Knowledge of facilities management principles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Capability to read and interpret schematics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
