Position Summary
The Multifamily Operations Recruiter is responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruiting for both corporate and on-site community positions. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates who align with our values and operational goals. The ideal candidate will be experienced and highly motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environment, that enjoys building relationships and takes pride in helping great people find rewarding careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for all roles, including corporate office positions, Regional and AVP-level roles, Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance Technicians, and Support Staff.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify hiring needs, define role requirements, and create targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Write and post engaging job ads across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and track metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention.
  • Ensure every applicant has a professional, positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding efforts by coordinating offer letters and pre-employment steps.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events to build brand awareness.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within property management, real estate, hospitality, or a service-oriented industry.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for both corporate and field positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking tools (JazzHR, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right fit for every role.

Work Environment
This is a corporate-based support role out of our corporate offices. Standard business hours apply, along with occasional travel, or evening/weekend recruiting events as needed.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to attend job fairs, recruiting or industry events as needed.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, and participate in job fairs.
  • Frequent need for data entry, report writing, and use of office equipment.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
