This role plays a critical part in ensuring our communities are aligned with corporate leasing standards, OneSite configurations, and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, process-driven, and committed to supporting site teams by identifying and correcting inconsistencies across systems and leasing practices.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Compliance & Systems Auditor to join our corporate team in Dallas, TX. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our communities are aligned with corporate leasing standards, OneSite configurations, and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, process-driven, and committed to supporting site teams by identifying and correcting inconsistencies across systems and leasing practices.
- Conduct quarterly audits of custom leasing packets to ensure correct usage and document completion.
- Review leasing software (Knock, OneSite, etc.) usage and generate regular audit reports for Vice Presidents and senior leadership.
- Audit resident applications and lease execution statuses to ensure accuracy and completeness, preventing premature occupancy and over-reporting.
- Identify discrepancies in lease documents, including missing addenda, unapproved applications, and incorrect packet versions.
- Monitor and update OneSite settings, including unit hold durations, FAS completion timelines, and other compliance-related parameters.
- Assist in inputting negative amenities and system data corrections as needed.
- Ensure UHF discounts and lease documentation are applied accurately and consistently.
- Identify inconsistencies in unit hold policies and flag units held off-market without executed leases.
- Support efforts to enforce standard approval, hold, and move-in procedures across the portfolio.
- Prior experience in multifamily property management, leasing operations, or corporate compliance preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of OneSite, Knock, or similar property management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and reporting skills; able to relay findings clearly to leadership.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
