The Assistant Property Manager plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community. This position works closely with the Property Manager to ensure effective leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and outstanding resident service. In the Property Manager’s absence, the Assistant Manager is expected to assume full responsibility for the community’s operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to SunRidge’s high standards of excellence!
